These Terms and Conditions govern every account registered on Jokeybet. By creating an account, depositing funds or claiming any bonus, the player confirms acceptance of the rules below in full.

1. Eligibility

2. Account Verification

4. Bonus Terms

5. Fair Play and Game Rules

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or disputed result, Jokeybet’s server-side game logs are considered the final and binding record. 6. Responsible Gambling

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Intellectual Property

13. Self-Exclusion and Cooling-Off Periods

Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, or a permanent self-exclusion, directly through account settings or by contacting support. During a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, the account cannot be reactivated early under any circumstances, including by request, which is a deliberate safeguard rather than an oversight. Marketing communications are suspended immediately upon any self-exclusion request, and any pending bonus offers are cancelled.

14. Technical Issues and Disconnections

In the rare event of a disconnection during active gameplay, any wager already placed stands and the result is determined by server-side logs rather than the player’s local connection state. 15. Severability
